Volunteer Requirements for 2025-2026 Season
As most sports do, we depend on parent volunteers to help run our meets. The requirements for our 2025/2026 season are as follows:
One parent/guardian/relative from every swim family is required to participate in a volunteer position at both of our home meets. Those two meets are the Eagle Invite (11/14) and the Holiday Eagle (12/13).
If you have a conflict or are unable to fulfill the commitment you made to volunteer, please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to assist you in trading your date with someone else.
Please note: If you committed to a volunteer position and do not fulfill that position without notice to the Booster Board or Coaches, your account will be charged the Volunteer Opt-out fee of $200.00.
